I bought my own tank it was brand new. Had a vacuum on it. Once the guy came and filled up the tank they said he had to do a leak test. Cmon on a brand new tank with a vacuum on it. Common Sense tells you it isn’t leaking. They charge 50 dollars for that which is ridiculous. The guy also redid my pig tail for no apparent reason. I’m a licensed plumber.
