Terrible company called them 20 days in advance they let me run out of gas in the middle of cold weather kept telling me that they would be there tomorrow but never came
Did not deliver at 33% when we called. Kept putting off delivery. When we got to 5% and called still no promised delivery. Storm coming with possibly outages. As we are 85 years old, had to switch to another company.
Ridiculous company, would never apply military discount they advertise, then stick me a $200 emergency fill charge when I only asked for a normal refill request and they showed up over a week later. Apparently they showed the day the snow melted and there was some dog poop in yard so they refused to refill my propane then charge me for $200 for coming back out, offed to pay the amount without the $200 fine and was still told the fine stands, stay away from this company the do not care about their customers or even veterans l... read more
Do NOT use this company. They will take almost a month to deliver and then not show due to ‘driveway conditions’. The driveway has been kept up for weeks waiting on delivery. Also, E&V delivered the fuel the next day with no problems with the driveway. Our little two wheel drive car has been on the driveway no problem either. Once they don’t show, they will pretend that you don’t exist. We ordered back on the 10th and it will be the new month in two days. Customer service was friendly enough but they had no way of accommodating a customer that is completely out of propane. No expedite request available I was told. Are there that many customers completely out? I’ll own that I waited too long to check my tanks but never had to fill up before April. Next winter I’ll go on auto fill. It’s Feb 24. It’ll be there by March 6??
