We moved to Indiana and inherited Ferrellgas. We could not be more pleased with the excellent customer service and friendly interactions. Truly a customer-oriented company and great to deal with.
Propane is 2.9 per gallon right now and they won’t charge me any less than 4.9 per gallon. They make up whatever prices they want. Extremely greedy company.
They used to be amazing. Now I’m told they schedule from Ohio & give a 12 day window. Came last year during a blizzard, obviously couldn’t deliver & canceled order then gave me a new 12 day window…so 3 weeks for a fill in sub zero weather. It cost me almost $1000 to keep my driveway plowed and salted for those 12 days, no idea when they’d deliver. ( I don’t need to plow or salt for my vehicle to make drive). Before we had a bad snow in western pa. I called for propane explaining my concerns, even though I had a scheduled delivery date they delivered propane the next day. If they would not have brought me propane I would have ran out because my drive is in a rural location. The company did a great job easing my concerns as they always do...great !
We have had Ferrell Gas for 17 years now and have had no issues till this month Jan. 2026. We ordered fuel on Jan. 8, 2026,,,,we were at 20%…….was paid for Jan. 11. After several chat messages and one phone call to complain why we have not received our fuel yet as of today, Jan. 20…….we are still waiting……we are now down just below 10%…..what happened Ferrell Gas???????
