Always been polite to deal with. I have a small 250 tank and over 800 to fill it. Have to pay rental . I'm on limited income and even with help 3.99 a gallon when others are at 2.99. I'm considering changing companies.
everyone was great and super to to work with highly recommend . you can even talk to someone that speaks English that made it worth the switch in itself . I had another local company couldn't wait to get rid on them .
My experience with ferrellgas, in home PA is excellent, have no complaints from them, they are so polite, they deliver my propane on time when it's scheduled. They go out of their way to help you in any which way they can. Thank you ferrellgas.
I get a tank fill a few times a year, almost $900.00 per fill and yet Ferrellgas still charges me tank rental every year. When Beatty Gas had it (prior to Ferrell) they never charged for rental after buying four dollar a gallon propane from them. Maybe its time to check out some of the other propane companies in my area.
The Delivery driver for the Marion Center Location is the man, great to deal with etc. However, we were placed on auto fill w/o our consent. Its been a constant price battle over what we were originally quoted. Then get penalized ($$$) for not using enough propane. Get a bill for tank rental every year, when we questioned the price of propane we were told its to compensate for their tank use.
