Ferrel Gas is my go to for heat!
Worst service ever! Can never speak to an actual person. Held for over 2 hours, the call was disconnected, called back, held again asked for a supervisor, put back on hold for over an hour. NEVER was able to speak to anyone. They told us our gas would be delivered on Jan 21, and was then told they dont know when.
Always professional friendly service. Great group of folks!
Ferrerus gas company is awesome and I would recommend them to anyone.
ALL OF THE DELIVERY DRIVERS HAVE BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL. WHEN I HAVE CALLED AND TALKED TO A PERSON IN THE OFFICE, THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL.
