It took over three weeks to get my fuel after I called. They told me my bill would be $493. When it was to be delivered it first a week then three days. We weren't home when it apparently was delivered. After checking the tank I saw it was at 80%, I called and the bill was $593. I figure that was because of the long delay in the delivery. Very por service.
Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend using them to anyone. Find a different supplier if you don’t want to be without LP, they will make you wait weeks past their promise date.
Have been told for 3 days now that we are scheduled for that day. Each day, truck has not arrived. We are now entirely out of propane.
If I could give less stars I would. Do not use this company!! They do not care if you are severely ill and need heat! I have had my order placed and it has been negative temperatures. I'm out of propane and suffering and can't get an answer for a delivery date. I've called, emailed, been online chat, all the same automated answers. If my account has been in scheduling over a week, why can't I get a date?? My money was taken right out of my account the day I ordered!! Paid for Propane 3 weeks ago. Was told January 6th. It's the 7th. Got a Email stay next 3 business days... I am almost empty. And it is gonna be bitter cold. Propane is been paid for. You guys suck
