Very disappointed with Ferrellgas. Our tank has been leaking since Jan., validated by their emergency tech. on site, the solution: wait until its close to empty and call back and they will repair. We did, we waited until low and called them in April for the repair and a fill up. They never came. In May we were completely out of LP. We called and called and still nothing... They would get negative stars if I could. They have an old tank at a house I bought. The previous owners switched companies and called Ferrel to come get the tank. They said Ferrel kept giving them excuse after excuse. Well I’ve owned this house for over a year and that tank is still sitting near my street. Company said last time I called “it’s our busy season and you’re on the waiting list” with a real attitude. Well, that was 6 months ago. It took over three weeks to get my fuel after I called. They told me my bill would be $493. When it was to be delivered it first a week then three days. We weren't home when it apparently was delivered. After checking the tank I saw it was at 80%, I called and the bill was $593. I figure that was because of the long delay in the delivery. Very por service.
Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend using them to anyone. Find a different supplier if you don’t want to be without LP, they will make you wait weeks past their promise date.
Have been told for 3 days now that we are scheduled for that day. Each day, truck has not arrived. We are now entirely out of propane.
