I switched my Propane supplier o Ferrell Gas two winters aga and I am very happy I did. I now talk to a US based customer service representative that I can understand and use their web site with ease to reorder propane for my tank. Very easy to deal with.

EDIT - Original all left for posterity After contacting Ferrell Gas by phone, they originally told me there was nothing they could do before the 28th of FEB. I utilized social media and Google after that to see if I could get a manager to call me back per my request while on the phone. No manager was on duty according to the representative on the phone. We have been with Ferrellgas for several years and here lately has been very frustrating. We have been trying to get a bad tank replaced with new one and another one needs gauge replaced. We have been getting the run around for months. We keep calling and being told we will get call back and something scheduled. It don't happen we have had techs come out to fill bad tanks and not know what's going on. I feel like enough is enough and should not have to try so hard to get there service.
