I switched my Propane supplier o Ferrell Gas two winters aga and I am very happy I did. I now talk to a US based customer service representative that I can understand and use their web site with ease to reorder propane for my tank. Very easy to deal with.

EDIT - Original all left for posterity After contacting Ferrell Gas by phone, they originally told me there was nothing they could do before the 28th of FEB. I utilized social media and Google after that to see if I could get a manager to call me back per my request while on the phone. No manager was on duty according to the representative on the phone.
