I can't get anyone in customer service to call me back. They say that I'm the next caller in line but that was 2 hours ago.
They have excellent response times, even though I live off the beaten path. I have always gotten excellent service and good prices from them.

I switched my Propane supplier o Ferrell Gas two winters aga and I am very happy I did. I now talk to a US based customer service representative that I can understand and use their web site with ease to reorder propane for my tank. Very easy to deal with.
