Because I do not use enough gas in a year I get charged an large extra add on charge. I heat my home, heat my hot water tank with your product. But I only live here six months out of the year. I use 75% of the tank, sometimes 85% of a 125 gallon tank,(then I get a entire tank refill) but even then I get charged an extra charge because I do not use enough gas in the company's opinion. We have been customers of Ferrellgas for 12 years. They are ,almost always, very good. This week, Sheila Kiner went above and beyond with our tank refill. It is because of her that we remain customers of Ferrellgas.
As always, I got prompt service and the person making the delivery was careful and courteous.

Told me $1000 then charged my bank account $1350. Told them ahead of time tank was completely empty.
