I’m very appreciative of the service I received from the Osceola office of Ferrellgas. Notifying me of low tank volume and waiting for me to clear snow accumulation, their truck made multiple trips to take care of my situation. Office women even attempted to locate gate lock key to property for me to enter and get snow moved. All is good and I’m grateful to be ready for the next cold snap and snow fall.
Good customer service is hard to come by these days, and when I tell you that speaking with Maddy to help me get my propane ordered was the highlight of my WEEK, that girl deserves a cookie and a raise. She was so professional, worked so seamlessly, was so kind and got the job done efficiently so I could get on with my day. I’m a first time customer and I’ll be a customer for life!
Just had a tank delivered and swapped out propane from another company. The two guys that showed up and did the switch were great! I look forward to many years of being their customer! Thank you!
