Felt sorry that your driver was lost and I had to go find him and lead him to my house. It was a first filling and if he ever comes again he won' t forget how to get here
So far horrible. Don't even call back. Sold us a 20+ yr old tank and it rotted and now they red tagged the tank and won't service

We could not be more satisfied with the customer service at Ferrell Gas - we noticed we had a leak on a weekend and they were out right away only to tell us the tank needed to be removed. Dan came the same day to remove the tank and his professional and caring demeanor only solidified how impressed we were with the handling of our issue! Would highly recommend Ferrell Gas!
Unbelievable! My 75 year old Widow Mother has been a 20+ year customer. When she and my Stepfather set up the account someone came out annually to check the tank and top it off. My Stepfather paid the invoice every year when it came in. The person that came was friendly and helpful and they always had a full tank. My Mom has been on her own for almost 4 years and every year she gets an annual invoice and pays it assuming that someone is actually looking at the tank and is topping it off if needed.
