Another fill up from Cromwell Morrison that couldn't go better. He's super professional, calls before he arrives so the dogs are in the house, leaves everything better that he found it, and always with a smile on his face. I've been super happy with Ferrelgas since they put my tank in the ground going on 9 or 10 years now.
service has been great. reason for a bad review is because the company its self price gouges its customers. I bought a house already with a Ferrell gas tank rented and installed underground from the previous owner. they charge a yearly fee which is fine, but because the tank is rented no one else can fill the tank. so for that reason they think its acceptable to try and charge customers around 8$ a gallon when other companies are offering 3-4$ a gallon prices.
Felt sorry that your driver was lost and I had to go find him and lead him to my house. It was a first filling and if he ever comes again he won' t forget how to get here
So far horrible. Don't even call back. Sold us a 20+ yr old tank and it rotted and now they red tagged the tank and won't service
