I called for service on propane this morning and was told that I had to wait 15 minutes in order to speak to somebody. I wanted to have my RV propane tank filled up. I will need to try another company to see if they can help.

I was very displeased with the propane company I was using. It was impossible to get a hold of any one and the service was bad. I changed companies to ferrel gas and from there on my propane experience did s 180. This is a professional and courteous service. They will call to check on your propane needs, let you know of price locks and provides a very pleasant servicing experience. I would recomend them to anyone of my friends and family or any one in the area looking for a reliable team.

I am very happy with the service and professionalism of all of the Ferrellgas employees whom I have had contact with. The employees work hard to address all needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible. When dealing with each employee, I sensed a genuine caring attitude. Good job by all.
