We have been Ferrellgas customers for 25 years in Moses Lake and have always been very pleased with the service. Everyone I have interacted with on the phone has been great, and in person at the ML facility, Ivan has always gone above and beyond to be informative and helpful. The Delivery guys have to work around a fence situation for our 100-gal tank refill that is not ideal, but always happily perform the service and take time to chat. We look forward to more years of their service.
We had been a customer of another propane company that had gone national having poor service, so I called to see if Farrellgas, a local company (who actually answered the phone with a live person!) could be our provider instead. They made it seamless for us! A new tank was delivered, propane tank filled, and connections made, following a timeline we arranged. It is so good to have real people to communicate with and who do their jobs (and more!) as arranged. And the pricing was so much less also! Thank you. Bruce n Linda
Moses Lake WA Shawn /Sean came today to assist with getting me back on full use with my gas appliances. I had let the tank run out of gas. So at delivery, the tank was filled but shut off. Required to have a leak test and pilot lighting by a professional. Shawn/Sean was great! He checked out side exhaust and checked for a flame in RV water heater. Hope I get Shawn/Sean every time I need a fill or assistance.
