We have been provided with excellent service. The installation of our new tank was timely and propane at a competitive price. Each driver servicing us has been very friendly, helpful and very professional. We are very pleased overall. Thank you!

We were stuck in Ohio for the winter, the first time in six years, the drivers are always happy both spring and mid-winter when they fill our tank, and glad to have Ferrell gas, and will recommend the company to neighbors and friends.
Terrible service Have been out of propane for 3 days Freezing temperatures outside I have children in home I had to take to stay with family I call every morning to see if I am on delivery route Not yet I offered to pay for sooner delivery told me I couldn’t Might be another week until my delivery Should be illegal to let ppl freeze
Absolute worst customer service. Will never use again highly don’t recommend.
