Best service and price. They saved me from Amerigas. Amerigas rips you off and could care less.
I’ve been in my house for a little over a year now and so far vary unsatisfied with the service for how big this company is they should be able to give you an exact day that they’re going to arrive at your house. You shouldn’t have to leave your gate open for two weeks straight waiting for them to come fill your tank up. Imagine having to wait to get your toilet unclogged that long wouldn’t be fun? FIRST DELIVERY WENT FINE. WHAT I DIDN'T EXPECT ON MY BILL WAS ALL THE ADDITIONAL ODD AND END FEES THAT WERE ATTACHED TO THE ACTUAL PROPANE PURCHASE. WITH TAX THESE FEES RAISED MY BILL ALMOST AN ADDITIONAL $100.00. KINDA SAD CONSIDERING I HAD ALMOST $1,000.00 CREDIT IN MY ACCOUNT WHEN THIS DELIVERY OCCURRED. MONEY THAT HAS BEEN ACCUMULATING IN MY ACCOUNT SINCE I JOINED WITH FERRELLGAS. YOU WOULD THINK THE COMPANY WOULD OFFER SOME TIME OF DISCOUNT FOR CUSTOMERS THAT DO THIS. I have always received great customer service when placing my order. Friendly, cheerful and knowledgeable. I’m always happy to see Joe, our delivery man, it’s like a visit from a friend. Delivery time is usually sooner than expected as well. Thank you all for your great service.
Good service every year! Never hear the Delivery Truck drive up and fill our Propane Tank. I like that!
