We finally had our tank refilled. Ferrellgas informed us that they were replacing the tank last spring, but it was not done.
You filled our tank at $2.09 per gallon in November and when we had it filled in February it was $3.58, over 50% higher. Next time I’ll check the price before we have you deliver
Ferrellgas is a terrible company to work with. They "hide" the number for your local office and try to force you into their national call center. The national call center is *always* overloaded and you're lucky if you spend less than 20 minutes on-hold waiting to talk with someone...the website is equally as bad. Not user-friendly, buggy, takes 24-48 hours for things like payments or scheduling info to be updated or displayed. Ferrell Gas has been great to work with. We have a vacation property where during the summer family members have several RVs on the pad in front of our park model. I was concerned about him getting around and to us to fill. I was surprised when I opened my door and he had already been there and gone without us even hearing him!
