Ferrell Gas has been great to work with. We have a vacation property where during the summer family members have several RVs on the pad in front of our park model. I was concerned about him getting around and to us to fill. I was surprised when I opened my door and he had already been there and gone without us even hearing him!
Absolutely everything I have had done ( supposedly) or even communication, with things to be set up - Is never accomplished, never any contact, and never getting the job done right and complete !!!
I experience with Ferrellgas was great. My tank was down to about 15%, I own my own tank. I called Ferrellgas and there price was a lot less then their competitor. The driver was out the next morning and filled up my tank. Both people were super courteous and professional. I will use them again.
We switched to Ferrellgas from a different company a couple of years ago. Ferrellgas is so easy to work with! All personnel we deal with are very friendly, professional, and responsive. And their pricing was so much better!
Friendly and helped with an easy fix to my 10 gallon cylinder after another outlet said I needed to purchase a new valve.
