They're customer service is always amazing. Delivery time is typically within 3 days from placing the order, but sometimes even sooner. The whole process is so easy, and they're online accessibility makes it even easier.
We started service with Ferrellgas when we purchased our Mohave Valley home in 2019. The prices steadily increased with new fees and higher rates, until we finally called around and discovered we were being charged much higher rates than neighbors using other companies. Also, when we first got the service, we could order online and request and receive a phone call letting us know when the driver was on the way to refill our tank. This place is no longer in business here. Google Search and Google Maps needs to update, building is gone. We found, across the street from where this WAS, a nice place, Mesa ValleyPipe & Supply. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
