The service location was originally owned by my very elderly mother who at times would wait until very late to request her tank to be filled. No matter how much we would try to get her to understand it was dangerous to wait that long, she had her own ideas. But every time, Ferrell would make it a point to come as soon as possible, and she never actually ran out. That is why after Mom passed, we kept the same company. It would be nice if the Logan, Ohio office would answer their phones!!! What's the point of having a local number listed on your website, if your office is just going to leave the phone on forward to the Ferrellgas call center??? So annoying!!!
If I could i would give them 0 stars. what a joke of a company so was out of town and my propane ran out. yes I know that's my bad. so when I got home I called to have them fill it for me thinking it would be 1 to 2 days. nope could be up to 10 days to get propane ask about emergency service they do not offer this service. does not make sense to me you are providing a service that helps heat homes and families to cook dinner take hot shower it's winter time you would think they would provide emergency service for extra $$$$$... read more
I’m not a huge fan of the cumbersome automated phone system- it is still nice to talk to an actual person on occasion, especially if a problem occurs. My problem was eventually resolved and my delivery was on time and without issue.
Great Customer Service! Friendly Driver and Great Delivery Service! Hard to find this level of service today. 5 STARS!
