If I could i would give them 0 stars. what a joke of a company so was out of town and my propane ran out. yes I know that's my bad. so when I got home I called to have them fill it for me thinking it would be 1 to 2 days. nope could be up to 10 days to get propane ask about emergency service they do not offer this service. does not make sense to me you are providing a service that helps heat homes and families to cook dinner take hot shower it's winter time you would think they would provide emergency service for extra $$$$$... read more
I’m not a huge fan of the cumbersome automated phone system- it is still nice to talk to an actual person on occasion, especially if a problem occurs. My problem was eventually resolved and my delivery was on time and without issue.

My experience with Ferrellgas has been great. Our place is a new build and we have never used propane gas before. Tina has helped me with every step that I had to take to get set up. The gentleman that came and set the tank was very courteous and informative about using propane as well as the gentleman that filled the tank. I can't thank them enough for the great service and kindness that I was shown.
I've been customer for three years,and this year had to pay before delivery instead of being billed this is my last year with ferrel gas almost a bait and switch senereo I'm not happy at all with your new rules
