The Logan, OH plant services my tank. I always get prompt service and my drivers Chad and Shane are very courteous!
Ferrell Gas was so helpful when we were losing our natural gas. They were kind, courteous, and fast. They may an unwanted transition easy, right before a big cold snap, when we’re sure to lose our heat. I highly recommend them to anyone!
The service location was originally owned by my very elderly mother who at times would wait until very late to request her tank to be filled. No matter how much we would try to get her to understand it was dangerous to wait that long, she had her own ideas. But every time, Ferrell would make it a point to come as soon as possible, and she never actually ran out. That is why after Mom passed, we kept the same company. It would be nice if the Logan, Ohio office would answer their phones!!! What's the point of having a local number listed on your website, if your office is just going to leave the phone on forward to the Ferrellgas call center??? So annoying!!!
