This is a sham of a company. My parents paid for preordered gas on December 18. It is now January 17 and no gas has been delivered. Every time my parents have called, they have been lied to by incompetent people, and given the run around instead of doing their jobs. I am highly disappointed with this company. I have used them for over 9 years doing prepaid method (average around $1,000 to $1,500) and each year they always cancel and change the delivery date. It usually takes them almost 2 months to deliver. I would highly recommend to not use them at all. This is the last time I am using this company, they changed my delivery date 3 times now. I am done with it and will be changing company.

You can not get anyone to answer the phone. You call the number that is on the Gate outside the Ferrellgas Business and you may get someone from 3 states away. Generally, you do not get a person. I have had several issues in the past up to and including a leak at my tank. It took 3 different attempts to get a person to talk to. I told the lady that finally did answer this was an issue. But I have called since and same problem. I guess y'all are so big you do not care about customer service.
