This is a sham of a company. My parents paid for preordered gas on December 18. It is now January 17 and no gas has been delivered. I am highly disappointed with this company. I have used them for over 9 years doing prepaid method (average around $1,000 to $1,500) and each year they always cancel and change the delivery date. It usually takes them almost 2 months to deliver. I would highly recommend to not use them at all. This is the last time I am using this company, they changed my delivery date 3 times now. I am done with it and will be changing company.
