We've been without heat since Christmas. Farrell's delivered gas, but we had no heat. We called the furnace man.. the furnace is working just fine. We went to the tank and found a paper laying in the snow that stated they had red-tagged our tank because of a piece of their equipment that wasn't working. Long story short; we still have no heat. We called back in March to have you come and clean off the mold & crud off our tank tank we are renting but you never have.You said you would but never have. It's now the middle of June and my 70 yr. old husband had to scrape it off. We try to keep our property looking nice but that tank will have to be painted. I guessing we will have to do that too.

We are going on 2 weeks, trying to get our aunt gas to heat her home. She is 82yrs old with dementia and gas is her only way of heat!! They refuse to call back. We paid an insanely high price to catch up her bill. And she's still without gas!!
