Ferrelgas kept our money for 2 months without bringing our gas. This is the worst gas company anywhere. I'm going to try to get them shut down by the government, in addition to a major lawsuit with punitive damages. Stay away from Ferrelgas.

Today, my Vietnam veteran father and my mother are riding out a #VeteransDay winter weather event with no gas, despite ordering a tank refill 2 weeks ago. My mother called daily the last few days to ensure they would have gas delivered before this event, and they refused to return her calls or send anyone out. Seems they have no concern for freezing veterans on Veteran's Day. Shame on them.

We have used propane in five ddifferent states,this has been the best service we have ever gotten,very helpful staff.The people that gave a negitive review might want to remember that we jast had a unusual cold spell with ALL gas companies very busy.Great company and outstanding service.
