Poor product delivery, useless customer service I ordered propane delivery, made payment same day I placed order. ETA for delivery is 2 weeks after I place order. Fine. 2 weeks passed, no delivery, no calls... Called customer service 3 days after "deliver by" date on website, nice lady, but cannot provide any useful information. tells me to check the website which is showing dates in the past. now it is 3.5 weeks after I placed order, finally got new "deliver by" date on the website which is 4.5 weeks after I placed order. Ferrelgas kept our money for 2 months without bringing our gas. This is the worst gas company anywhere. I'm going to try to get them shut down by the government, in addition to a major lawsuit with punitive damages. Stay away from Ferrelgas.
Ferrellgas is the best!! Always delivered my gas on time or before! I am very pleased with Ferrellgas! Thank you for your service.
Today, my Vietnam veteran father and my mother are riding out a #VeteransDay winter weather event with no gas, despite ordering a tank refill 2 weeks ago. My mother called daily the last few days to ensure they would have gas delivered before this event, and they refused to return her calls or send anyone out. Seems they have no concern for freezing veterans on Veteran's Day. Shame on them.
