Not horrible, but customer service could be better. We are on their "keep full" service, meaning we don't need to worry about watching our level, they will come out and keep us full. We waited weeks this winter for them to come refill, and when we finally got below 15% I called and told them we've asked multiple times to be refilled. They came out the next day to deliver, but slapped on a $150 next day delivery fee.
We switched to Ferrell Gas several years ago from a competing company who were not great in customer service. We have been so happy with them. Even when we have had some problems, Ferrell has always been wonderful at communicating. They have always been courteous, and their prices competitive.
