They really took care of me everything working great if they go out of business in the future, I don’t want anyone else, I’ll by myself I didn’t have a bad feeling I had a great feeling they are for real, as kids say he didn’t try to hood wink me. Ferrell Gas is responsible for doing thousands of dollars of damage to my house. They shut off my gas to refill. They KNEW noone lived in the house at the time. But they filled the tank anyway. They couldn't get in the house to restart the furnace. So temperatures dropped into single digits, with no heat. The pipes froze and 1broke. I had to have the pipes repaired, sheet rock replaced, linoleum replaced, froze pipes in washing machine and multiple broken pipes under the house. The total bill was $4600.00. I'm new customer to the state of Missouri. Called Ferrell gas for propane. Custom service was great. The delivery was fast, on time. Easy to pay the low cost payment due by phone. Satisfied customer.
If it didn't cost $1000 or more to switch companies I would. They definitely aren’t the cheapest, no longer have a local office, put in a work order last year to have my tank painted still isn't done. They had the nerve to say they would give me $50 to do it myself.
