I'm new customer to the state of Missouri. Called Ferrell gas for propane. Custom service was great. The delivery was fast, on time. Easy to pay the low cost payment due by phone. Satisfied customer.
If it didn't cost $1000 or more to switch companies I would. They definitely aren’t the cheapest, no longer have a local office, put in a work order last year to have my tank painted still isn't done. They had the nerve to say they would give me $50 to do it myself.
When we shut off the gas last late fall i called asking for someone to bleed the line and relight the pilots. Never received any feedback and finally called a local fireplace business with the manager coming. To solve our problem. Ferrell gas has a credit for our account as they wont bring my gas until they charge me first. Almost makes me considering investigating other companies out there
Great service and fast. Always friendly. Do miss the local office being open. Really dislike automation systems.
I have been with ferrellgas very many years now I have always been pleased with their service both in the office and at the deliveries I highly recommend them for your LP needs
