When we shut off the gas last late fall i called asking for someone to bleed the line and relight the pilots. Never received any feedback and finally called a local fireplace business with the manager coming. To solve our problem. Ferrell gas has a credit for our account as they wont bring my gas until they charge me first. Almost makes me considering investigating other companies out there
Great service and fast. Always friendly. Do miss the local office being open. Really dislike automation systems.

We have been using Ferrell gas for years. We lived in the country just outside Poplar Bluff, then traveled doing work camping at State and Federal Parks and now live in Forsyth. They are always so helpful, deliver promptly and their drivers are courteous and go the extra mile to be helpful.
