We have been using Ferrell gas for years. We lived in the country just outside Poplar Bluff, then traveled doing work camping at State and Federal Parks and now live in Forsyth. They are always so helpful, deliver promptly and their drivers are courteous and go the extra mile to be helpful.

It makes me sad. I am pretty discouraged, honestly. I ordered and paid for propane on 2/20/25. I am an existing customer. There was a propane leak, and the propane ran out. I asked for emergency service. My son, and myself, this is our primary residence. It has been 5 degrees in some of these days. No heat. No shower. I have called almost every day. Being kind.
