I always have great service last year when the big snow came here in mason county WV I was running on fumes to keep warm. As time went on they had to keep rescheduling due to the ice on the roads and drive way. One day I had a short window I shoved as much ice and snow as possible up my long uphill drive way and the secondary rd was not good but the driver made a judgement call on a Saturday of all days and got my gas filled up now that’s customer service
Always on time and setup was quick and easy.
What service lmfao . It took 18 days to deliver my gas. I live 10 miles from one of their bulk plants there is no excuse. I could have drove there and got it my self but they don't give a shit about there long time loyal customers lol
If I knewbhow bad it was for them to deliver i would have bought a pellet stove instead we have been without propane since the middle of January and we told them that our driveway get bad in the winter and when we tell you what days to deliver then they would have no problem getting in or out and they agree to that and we give them plenty of time but they would nit deliver on the days that we gave them so we have been without of propane and who knows when we will get a delivery.
