Always on time and setup was quick and easy.
What service lmfao . It took 18 days to deliver my gas. I live 10 miles from one of their bulk plants there is no excuse. I could have drove there and got it my self but they don't give a shit about there long time loyal customers lol
If I knewbhow bad it was for them to deliver i would have bought a pellet stove instead we have been without propane since the middle of January and we told them that our driveway get bad in the winter and when we tell you what days to deliver then they would have no problem getting in or out and they agree to that and we give them plenty of time but they would nit deliver on the days that we gave them so we have been without of propane and who knows when we will get a delivery.
Horrible, was told I would have my gas before or on the 15 th. Never showed up. Then was told they were in route on the 21st, still didn't show up. Now they are saying the 24th. This is absolutely uncalled for. This company is an absolute joke.
Mostly good service and response time from order to delivery. I have ask each time for someone to call before delivery to make sure someone is home to open gates and put up dogs. I made sure to give phone number at order to give to driver or dispatch. For some reason it seems this can not be done even though I’m told they will call.
