THIS COMPANY WILL SCAM YOU! I ordered gas through them last winter. I requested the minimum amount. They brought me a tank and filled it with 10% as I requested. They later returned at the end of December, without my knowledge, and supposedly filled my tank to 100%. I was billed over $700! I paid this bill. Now, less than a year later, there is absolutely no gas in my tank. I haven't used any gas all year. I called them and asked if they even filled it. They could not supply any proof that they ever filled my tank. They said... read more
Great business with excellent customer service skills! We live in Ellerslie but always call the Statesboro office for refills because they're so nice :)
We have used Ferrellgas for 17 years and they have always addressed our needs within a reasonable amount of time and with a positive attitude. The last time we purchased propane, the driver was Benjamin L and he was such a nice guy! Always a good experience with Ferrellgas.
