I’ve been working with Ferrell for over the past month to get our tank filled. Unbeknownst to us, the tank had been red-tagged, but no one from the company contacted us to inform us of this. After waiting several weeks with no update, I called and was told the tank needed repairs. A technician came out last week and confirmed that the tank was now in working condition and should be filled either that day or the next. Their customer service is friendly and I hate to write a bad review of a business. But we’ve been waiting two months to have a gas line installed, installers failed to show up for a confirmed appointment, and I’ve called three times without receiving an answer as to why they didn’t show up or when they will come. Still waiting.
I have to say Thank you, and God bless you to the receptionist that took my order and help me by finding discounts because God knows I didn't have much money before her help. I am so sorry for the other incident that a family member cause please forgive him he should have not been calling anyway. I just want to say that Im very sorry.
