Their customer service is friendly and I hate to write a bad review of a business. But we’ve been waiting two months to have a gas line installed, installers failed to show up for a confirmed appointment, and I’ve called three times without receiving an answer as to why they didn’t show up or when they will come. Still waiting.
I have to say Thank you, and God bless you to the receptionist that took my order and help me by finding discounts because God knows I didn't have much money before her help. I am so sorry for the other incident that a family member cause please forgive him he should have not been calling anyway. I just want to say that Im very sorry.

THIS COMPANY WILL SCAM YOU! I ordered gas through them last winter. I requested the minimum amount. They brought me a tank and filled it with 10% as I requested. They later returned at the end of December, without my knowledge, and supposedly filled my tank to 100%. I was billed over $700! I paid this bill. Now, less than a year later, there is absolutely no gas in my tank. I haven't used any gas all year. I called them and asked if they even filled it. They could not supply any proof that they ever filled my tank. They said... read more
Great business with excellent customer service skills! We live in Ellerslie but always call the Statesboro office for refills because they're so nice :)
