I ordered gas more than 10 days ago. Its been extra cold -4 . Just got notice they couldn't deliver on schedule. I am at 3%. I chose them because they had a terminal 10 miles form me. Run to another company don't buy here. I'm 70 roommate is 84. Thanks Ferrellgas. they said sorry, you aren't on a route. Oh it gets better! Not really. When we first started getting fuel they were great with communication. This last time it was ordered 3 weeks in advance. We had to call them many times each time it’s coming tomorrow and still waited 2 more weeks. We were charged over 1000dollars when the bill was actually 400. They did fix the bill but watch your billing people. As far as knowing when you will get the fuel they have no idea so office and driver must not communicate. I hope it gets better next fill up.
Company has not done much good for us, late on setting the tank and now the prices are so high we can not afford gas. We will be getting our own tank soon and shopping around for better prices.
After 2 weeks of not having fuel delivered for heat, AND she didn't know when it would be delivered, I requested a refund and had fuel from Amerigas 2 days later.
