Scheduled delivery on 12-13-23 after ordering on 12-9-23 then no show on 12-13-23 but after 7pm I get an email saying delivery time changed to 12-18-23 as now my tank is currently at 13% and the site said it was at 41% but it was actually 20%...and to top it off (no pun) you can't get a person on the phone or on the "live chat" robot only! Very frustrating being it's the first time I've had to order propane, will be looking for another company to deliver from here on out! No refills or exchanges on propane tanks at this spot but referred me to the Chevron gas station on Chandler Blvd for propane tank exchange
unbelievable, you call a company and they hang up on you twice. Then they put you on hold and say they're going to get back to you and after 5 minutes you listen to the same recording over and over. I guess I'll go to a company that actually cares about customer service
Always great and prompt service at a reasonable price per gallon. Mark was my delivery technician and he was very communicative with his arrival and the service he gave. There was a clerical error with my account and he said he would contact management and have it fixed in the system. I am very pleased with Ferrellgas and will continue to use them. Their customer service is top notch!
My experience with this company has been nothing but fantastic. Friendly helpful customer service. Prompt delivery and just great people all around
