This is the most frustrating gas company we’ve ever dealt with before. It’s currently 28 degrees outside and I’m 29 weeks pregnant, we had gas but ran out and they won’t deliver it until the 21st. We have no access to hot water or heat so we have to rely on a small space heater (which isn’t working) and they won’t come and even do an emergency order because of “the backlog” due to weather and road conditions (which have been FINE, no ice snow or sleet???) this company is FOUR MINUTES down the road from us and won’t deliver. ... read more

I called today, Thursday, 10/26/2023 at 4:57 pm to make a payment. Went through the IVR and said wait time was 3-5 minutes. Waited about 1 minute when someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up. Of course I call back and got the after hours message. This is absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I understand people may want to get off at a certain time, but having worked in a call center before, you NEVER do that to a customer. The recent automated system is garbage... I canceled my service. Not that they were going to come anyway. An advert card in the mail had a promo code. Their automated ORDER system never asked me for a promo code. I don't know if I got the promo rate (its probably a bait and switch). It did tell me that the automated PAYMENT system needed my account "so here it is"... And read off an 11 digit account so fast I couldn't write it down, would not give an option to repeat it, then IMMEDIATELY transferred me to the PAYMENT system ... read more
