We have had Farrellgas for many years and have been very satisfied with the service. When it's supposed to snow, they make sure they are out to deliver prior to the snow. When I call otherwise, they are out no longer than 5 days, sometimes the very next day. Our driver is so nice and very respectful of our landscaping when dragging a hose up to our tank for refill.
Super expensive. Terrible customer service. Couldn't get their scheduling together to deliver fuel when I was a customer; it's now been more than a month since I closed my account and their tank is just sitting in my yard. Apparently pick ups are done "by convenience". It's going to be VERY inconvenient if they show up to get it with snow on the ground. It's impossible to speak to the scheduling department - CSR just says "they will call you". Stupid waiting game. So happy to have switched to locally owned and operated West ... read more
Most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. Had a gas leak for over 6 months, two people came out and “checked” but claimed there was no leak. I ended up finding the leak myself and sent them a video. Still took 2 days after sending the video to get fixed. Then when I need gas they don’t show, no ONCE about twice. So not only does a negligent company that leaves a gas leak for 6 months they also can’t even provide there services. Expect to be stranded in the cold with no gas for weeks if you choose this company!
