The gentleman who delivered our LP gas was very polite and efficient!
Ferrellgas has always been outstanding. They are very easy to work with very professional and courteous. Starts with our delivery driver and office staff. I would recommend Ferrellgas to anyone.
I ordered propane in March. I only have 1 tank and they charged me for 2 tanks. I have called customer service 6 times and every time they say that they are going to fix it. I am still getting harassing emails claiming that I am past due. I am at my wits end. This is incompetence at a whole new level.
