I don't like the fact that you can't call someone directly to the office in Cartersville, I don't like that you delivered my gas without me being there. I thought someone was going to call me ahead of time, and now my gauge only shows 45% and 200 gallons. Was supposed to have been put in there.
They are unable to deliver gas on time and within the schedule they state. I put in an order and called after a week and was told it wasn’t processed “through the system.” That happened twice. Now, I put in an order 2 weeks ago and they still haven’t delivered. I had a delivery at the beginning of January but a week of freezing cold took me down to 35% so I ordered again.
