AWFUL. AWFUL. AWFUL. If anyone has had a new furnace installed, its relatively tricky for both the contractor and gas company to "SYNC" up. After numerous calls, my wife confirmed both the contract and Ferrell could be there on monday. Monday came, and ferrell was no where to be found. We called, and was rudely told best they can do is end of this week- as though my wife had an imaginery conversation with Ferrell employee the week prior..
