So I am currently looking for a propane company and seeing what everyone has or doesn’t like for making a decision. We have been out of propane now for 2 weeks (even during the extreme cold and my mom had a major surgery, she has had cancer) and they finally called us back today after calling and calling this morning. They said they aren’t delivering today and won’t be anytime soon. THEY ALREADY TOOK OUR MONEY!! This is the most unprofessional company. The receptionists are always very rude and they never have a manager to speak to.

They never answer their phone. They never respond to email requests for gas service. They never reply to requests through their online contact form. They have customers trying to do business with them, but they are never available! NO WONDER THEY FILED FOR BANKRUPTCY!

I was told that I could be put on a scheduled refill. Not only are they not coming out as promised, but I can’t get anyone to come out and fill my tank at all. What is going on with your company? I only allowed the credit pull so I wouldn’t have to worry about this situation happening again. Please refill my tank!

They came to fill our propane, didn’t even make us aware there was a propane leak until I went to use the stove and it didnt work which prompted me to call - they said a technician needs to be scheduled to come out and they’d call me right back with a date. Never called. I called to follow up hours later and was told it would be 2 weeks before they could come out. Propane tank has been shut off, so I’m without heat and hot water for two weeks.
