The propane cost was fair, however the delivery was not professional, the driver drove on/off my paver driveway backing off the side of the driveway, his truck leaked a couple big spots of oil, not what I wanted on a new driveway. The truck should have stayed on the street and pulled the supply hose the additional 10ft. I'm not happy with the big oil spots on my new pavers.
Very rude people. What happened to customer service?
Unless you are an existing customer or want to set up an account you can not speak to anyone if you have questions!!! That is horrible customer service and I would NEVER do business with them. The chat service online is even the same way.
They do deliver when they say, and that's the star. I rented a tank from them for years, and never got a coupon....even got charged almost $300 when I was running out and they claimed they couldn't deliver for 2 weeks unless I paid the emergency fee ...they delivered to my neighbor 3 days later. I bought my own tank, expecting I now would receive their coupons. 3 years no coupons. I recently used a friends coupon to fill up and they tried to deny it.
