I have been with Ferrell Gas for many years and they have always been very good but the last two years have been awful. We are in keep full and we pay our bill every month but I have to keep calling to get gas delivered! I am now under 20% and they say they will try to get it to us before the 14th. We will be out of gas by then! What has happened to them? What does keep full mean? Their definition and mine are not the same!
I am a business owner with rental property. I have an account on auto fill for last couple of years. Tenant just called & had him check gas tank. Gas is out, has not been auto filled & they have no weekend emergency # that i can find. Would be quite different if i didnt pay the bill. Do not understand why they have a problem servicing their customers. i can put the tensnts up in a motel but what about pipes freezing & inconvenience. UGH
