I've been a customer since we built our home 20 years ago. We purchased a 500 gal. in ground propane tank from Ferrell Gas and signed up for a budget account. Last year we were told that we now have to pay in full at time of delivery. The only reason I was given was because we have only been filling our propane tank about once a year. This year we filled it twice in less than 3 mo. I called to see if we could now get back on budget plan. I was told No. They take average of 3 years. Very prompt good service. Other gas company I called said would be close to 2 weeks before they could deliver. I waited to the day they were supposed to deliver and no show and no call from them after the lady called and postponed a few days. They were only 4 miles from my home. Ferrell gas is much further and filled my tank within a week. I highly recommend this company. I paid them promptly as well! Thank you!
Working with Ferrellgas is fine. In a world where everyone expects a 5-star rating for average performance, I am going to give 3 stars for average. Nothing really stands out as superior, and I have not had a bad experience. The good: When I ask to get my gas filled-up, they do it. That is expected. They find my underground tank, and they leave a receipt. Zero problems with execution.
