Have dealt with Ferrell Gas for more years than I can remember. Have always given excellent timely service. Always explaining cost issues. Always respond quickly when they are called.

I've been a customer since we built our home 20 years ago. We purchased a 500 gal. in ground propane tank from Ferrell Gas and signed up for a budget account. Last year we were told that we now have to pay in full at time of delivery. The only reason I was given was because we have only been filling our propane tank about once a year. This year we filled it twice in less than 3 mo. I called to see if we could now get back on budget plan. I was told No. They take average of 3 years.
