I ordered propane on 1.20. Scheduled for 1.27. Yes there was a winter storm here. I get that. The roads have been cleared for a week and I still don’t have propane. When I text Cheryl. I assume a customer service person, I’m getting crickets. No response to when the propane will be delivered. When I looked on my account it said the delivery was scheduled for 2.3. And today is 2.11.
