I’ve been with Ferrellgas for 2 years now and have had nothing but the best service. This last order I made was give a delivery date and it was here like 3 days before the date given. Now I know it’s not peak season, but their service was top notch. And the driver was professional and very respectful. If I keep getting service like this I’ll be with Ferrellgas forever. Thanks Ferrellgas for your outstanding service.
I just became a Ferrell Gas customer this past summer. Delivery of my first fill was days late and ran out of propane. I was out of gas for 72 hrs. Now I have ordered my second fill up on 2/9 for a 2/14 delivery. Today 2/17 still not filled. Not the service I expected after being recommended.
They take 2 weeks to deliver, a week after "guarenteed" delivery by specific date, difficult to reach by phone, when they finally do deliver they deliver more than you ordered so that you're left paying a balance for more gas than you bought and budgeted for.
Cheapest price of gas and lasts a long time. I was recommended to this business by a close friend. If you need gas in a hurry, they are the company to use. They are a company that services many different states. And their quality of service is unmatched. In the summertime, they have great deals on their gas. This is a good time to fill up your tanks. During the fill-up process they will check your tank for leaks and make sure it's in good working condition
