We have had Farrell gas for several years now in Lamar ms Our neighbors get their tanks filled at a much more reasonable price then we do we were overcharged at our last fillup at $1 more per gallon at 3.98$ per gallon which was much higher than our neighbors from the same company much higher than any of our local companies . We were quoted one price on the phone but then the bill came to our account at a hundred dollars more than should have been. Made order and they arrived on the date given though I was gone my grandson was there and had no issues. And price was better than the alternative
I’ve been with Ferrellgas for 2 years now and have had nothing but the best service. This last order I made was give a delivery date and it was here like 3 days before the date given. Now I know it’s not peak season, but their service was top notch. And the driver was professional and very respectful. If I keep getting service like this I’ll be with Ferrellgas forever. Thanks Ferrellgas for your outstanding service.
I just became a Ferrell Gas customer this past summer. Delivery of my first fill was days late and ran out of propane. I was out of gas for 72 hrs. Now I have ordered my second fill up on 2/9 for a 2/14 delivery. Today 2/17 still not filled. Not the service I expected after being recommended.
