I have been a customer for 8 years and pay my bill in full on time every fill up. Unforseen circumstances caused me to inadvertently request a fill and when I contacted Ferrell to let them know my circumstances and request if they could make an one time exception and expedite my request, I was told NO. My tank has been empty and I was told they know it on zero percent and they will get my delivery asap. I have a newborn baby and have had no heat since 2/4, during the coldest weekend!! RIDICULOUS!! I was absolutely thrilled that they arrived several days before my scheduled delivery date, and before this blizzard of '26 came through!! If they hadn't, there's a good possibility we would have had no heating in our home during this artic blast. Thank you!
No one will answer is been days I've been calling. We are out of propane and we were suppose to get filled yesterday, no one has called back! WE ARE PAID IN FULL, we always pay in full. I've spoken to my husband after this fill cause we paid for it we are having them come get rid 50+ year old tank that is well paid for but they collect a rental fee for it and we are going with another company. I was suppose to get a call before they were there so I could be there. They showed up several days before the appt. date and the propane tanks were turned off
