I was suppose to get a call before they were there so I could be there. They showed up several days before the appt. date and the propane tanks were turned off
I’d give less than a star. The delivery person (JR) never checked to see if anyone was home when we were home, so they didn’t leave the gas on. Which led to us being charged to have someone come back out and turn it on. I called to complain and was put on hold which then after 15 min of waiting they hung up on me. Excellent service and communication. JR went above and beyond to make sure our tank was filled before a snow storm.
Bad customer service. They cannot give a clean answer.
They are always on time or sooner. Customer service is A-Plus. Don't need to shop around on them
