This is my 30th year and I have nothing but GOLD STARS for Ferrellgas. Their service is next to perfect. Whoever is the boss, CEO, Owner of this company, gets more than their share of compliments. They know what their job is and fills it beyond compacity.
I have been with them for 27 years and will be making a change after this weekend. I can’t decide if they are incompetent or uncaring but it doesn’t make much difference when you are dealing with someone’s wellbeing.

Use Harold's!! Ferrellgas is the worst
This has to be a top 5 worst company. They delivered gas for me. How ever i paid for more. They still were not in a rush to come fill my tank after they were wrong. They finally came back and said it was completely full but did not leave a receipt. in less than a month I'm out again. I hand to pay upfront for them to get an inspection done and they said they would call and let me know when they could come out. 5 days have passed and so i had to call them.
