I was happy to discover your company and that I am in your service area. I had been buying from another company (which should remain nameless) and their service and policies were not making it for me. Charging me additional because I didn't use enough gas, "no thank you." Canceling two deliveries due to reasons they would not reveal. I hate waiting all day for a delivery that is cancelled at 5 p.m. twice. And a policy of "promising" a delivery in the next 5 to 10 days, please. They act as if they have no competition. Ferrell... read more
The service I received from Ferrellgas was outstanding. They treat you like family.
I have enjoyed Ferrellgas service. It was easy to set up an account and the gentleman delivering have been great and informative.
Left my seep valve and loading valve and lid all open. In 20days I we.t from a full tank to 40% AND refused to pay for all that was lost prorated on the previous fill up. Wouldn't return my calls. Horrible service and management thinks speaking to a paying customer is beneath them. I am lucky my house did not blow up. I could hear the leak it was so huge. BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
Customer service is excellent.
