Ferrell gas often doesn’t deliver by the date they say they will. I’m on keep-full status but they never come unless I put an order request in. I’ve taken to putting a request in shortly after each delivery happens as I have found that to be the only way to be sure that I don’t have to worry.
I will be leaving Ferrellgas as soon as my tank is empty. You charge tank rental, others don’t.
Called to get tank filled they kept giving me dates and not showing up took 3 weeks. Plus also charge me a different amount they stated.
Mr. Lawerence did a great job lining the truck up for a easy fill. Very respectful individual. Thank you
