I have been a loyal Ferrellgas customer for over 6 years, but I am very disappointed with their pricing practices. Despite my long-term relationship with the company, I consistently find that Ferrellgas offers significantly higher propane prices to regular clients compared to competitors in the market. It is only when I bring this to their attention and provide proof of lower prices elsewhere that they adjust their rates. The service technician that assisted us today, Matt Desrosiers, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly diagnose our issue and kindly addressed our concerns. He expertly corrected our problem and provided us with clear explanation of the original issue as well as the correction
The drivers are some of the most courteous people I have ever met in the service industry....very accommodating and polite!
