I've been using this company since I moved to Coventry 3.5 yrs ago. They were helpful answering my questions, as I had never used propane in my home before. I've never waited more than a few days for delivery, in fact, more than once they showed up the next day. They leave my receipt of delivery in the door and I utilize their online system with ease for ordering and paying the bill.
A couple of weeks ago we noticed a smell of gas after the propane tanks were filled. We never noticed this in the past so we were getting a little nervous and decided to call Ferrellgas emergency line. I reported the problem. Within minutes I received a call from a very nice gentleman named Tom Brown who explained the entire procedure of what would happen next.
