So...I called today. Twice. I just wanted to say.... Brandy I don't know where you are located but.... You were by far the best customer service I've ever experienced when calling. I can only hope that they recognize you and your amazing customer service skills and how you genuinely care about your customers. Five stars !!! Good job!!! And thank you!!
The people that I talk to in the office are great the guys that deliver the propane are very very sweet and nice I have been with them for 14 years I want to say and they're very nice people very nice I would give you pictures and videos but I don't have any next time they come I will get a picture and a video
Terrrible customer service, we have had many leaks and they don’t care and never care to find them. Paid in full to get out tank filled. They only filled 40%. We have yet to see the credit for the other half we paid for
all good no complaints
