The people that I talk to in the office are great the guys that deliver the propane are very very sweet and nice I have been with them for 14 years I want to say and they're very nice people very nice I would give you pictures and videos but I don't have any next time they come I will get a picture and a video
Terrrible customer service, we have had many leaks and they don’t care and never care to find them. Paid in full to get out tank filled. They only filled 40%. We have yet to see the credit for the other half we paid for

Always courteous and very personable. Love being on keep filled. Would also like to comment on customer service people that cover the phones. Very nice and really work with the customers.
Enrolled and able to use online delivery request which is very convenient. I am not sure when they will look at my quage to see if it is accurate. I spoke with the office and the delivery driver to find out if their will be an order. Can you help me out with my request on the tank guage please?
