I assumed the propane tank after the home purchase so did not choose Ferrellgas but continued for 2 years with them. I called Ferrellgas asking for a fill when I was at 10% and was told 14 days out for fill. It was snowing outside and I was very worried. I asked for a urgent fill and was willing to pay a fee. Answer was "no we cannot get out under 14 days." So I decided to change company who could set a new tank and fill in 4 days time. So I called them to come pick up their tank.
