Can't say enough of the good service we have had for over 30 years. Tank is not an easy location, but the service people continue their good job.
Their services used to be good but within the last year, they’ve declined. I have 2 tanks and called when one was at 40% and the other was at 17% to be refilled. I was given a date they would arrive but when that date had come and gone I called back to be told “this was just an estimated date and not actual”. The lesser of the 2 tanks had now run empty. We have had constant problems with Ferrellgas. Worst customer service I have encountered. Have told us many times (near 10) that they are on route. We asked to have added to our account that we have a dog, so call ahead. It has been a nightmare. We cannot get propane no matter who we talk to. They closed the local office, so not sure what to do.
I placed an order for a refill 17 days ago. My tank was at 28% when I placed the order. I am now at 5% and I am getting a run around from customer service saying they can only open a case for review. When I try calling the local delivery branch it only rings back to the national service line. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will be looking for other options and providers due to the incompetence of this company.
