They scammed us! We have been long time customers and they ripped us off with over $500 in fees to deliver gas after we ran out. We paid the $107 fee to get it prioritized. They never explained an additional bill of $420 which was mailed later. They claimed it was to inspect our tank which had no leaks. The guy spent only a few minutes to check that. Been waiting since January 28th for a fill it is now February 9th we use propane as our main heating I am pissed !
Worst propane company in the world…. Call to request a refill because online site is down… On hold for 45 mins The call is then answered by someone in Taiwan that barely speaks English. They ask how they can help you and then hang up on you. You have to call back and restart the entire cycle. I have two of their tanks at my house so it is difficult to start over and go with a different company as propane services do not want to touch each others equipment.
After calling to report a small gas leak from our tank, Driver/technician Scott Hanson responded quickly, professionally and with kindness. I truly appreciate the good service we have always received from Ferrellgas! Thank you!
