I like Ferrellgas. I have had their service for over 25 years. The PROBLEM I have with them is that I have a locked gate and when I call for propane I tell them I need to know the Date (not the time) that delivery will be scheduled so that I know if I will be home. 100% as in every single time the dispatcher says they can't tell me the date. I then tell them that if that is the case I can't get a delivery and will have to go to another company. Miraculously they then put me in touch with someone that CAN tell me the date for... read more

Couldn't be happier with Ferrell Gas. From initial conversations and planning, site visits, and build out, the team is easy to work with, transparent in the process / costs, and everyone was friendly and professional in making sure we had the correct set up for a new tank and line install. Tom our field tech was outstanding and a pleasure to work with.
