I can't say ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT OUR FERRELL GAS CO!!! THEY WORK WITH US AND TRY TO GET OUR DELIVERY TO US WITHIN TIME OF US RUNNING OUT!!! IM SO VERY THANKFUL TO THEM FOR KEEPIN US WARM!!!
Your service is exceptional and your drivers are courteous. I do have an issue with my last delivery. I had 10% when I called and at 10:00 am on the day of delivery I had 5%. When the driver came a couple hours later he charged me for a pressure test and I’m confused as to why
Their customer service was outstanding. When my landlord decided it was cheaper to swap us to an electric heat system, I contacted them to get my money back. But, having to wait 6-8 weeks for a paper check to arrive in the mail is ridiculous. The $240.00 was deducted from my account instantly, I don't & I won't understand why it takes so long to get it back. I'd been rational to put it back on my card within 10-14 days. But, 8 weeks. Nah. Not acceptable for a company that's a big as this.
I am very happy to have Ferrellgas for my supplier, I never have a problem with them,
