The people at Ferrell were courteous and prompt. Always ready to answer any questions.
Technician had good common sense and was very helpful and proffessional.
They are going through a ruff spot. Initially in 2016 when I started using this company didn't have any issues, perfect customer service, and timely deliveries. This is no longer the case. Offices are closed supposedly customer says management is unavailable & unwilling to talk to customers. Went by staff were at offices and informed me tanks are empty and the trucks are stuck/broken down.
