Canceled our account with Ferrell Gas after 6 yrs ,customer service never returns a phone call they just pass the buck. Would never recommend this company to anyone.
Not very happy with this company. They need a little more urgency with deliveries. If you need propane in the summer time id suggest ferrellgas.
I had gotten my tank filled a couple weeks back, right after the driver left my wife smelled a strong odor of propane. She called Ferrell to report it and they said a Technicians would be on his way out to investigate. Nobody showed for 2 days, we lost gallons of propane let alone the safety factor. Fortunately I'm a pipefitter and I knew the check valve was hung up on the fill port. I fixed it myself and waited on the Technician for a day after. I am not happy at all with Ferrell's actions.
