We are new here in Washington, Ferrellgas responded quickly when we realized our tank was extremely low. We were so pleased with their professionalism and warm responses. Definitely treated us like family.

Dean went above and beyond, taking the time to patiently answer all our questions and ensuring everything was perfectly safe. I let the tank empty out. After refilling the tank, Nicolas Schwindt was so very patient as we worked to prime the fireplace so it would flame up again. Nick also gave me some helpful hints so I don't run out of gas again. Very happy FerrellGas customer.
