Dean Risely from Ferrellgas provided truly exceptional service. He arrived with a smile and great humor, quickly and safely getting our outdoor propane barbecue setup. Dean went above and beyond, taking the time to patiently answer all our questions and ensuring everything was perfectly safe. It's rare to encounter such kindness and professionalism delivered with such a positive attitude. Highly recommend!
I let the tank empty out. After refilling the tank, Nicolas Schwindt was so very patient as we worked to prime the fireplace so it would flame up again. Nick also gave me some helpful hints so I don't run out of gas again. Very happy FerrellGas customer.
