I don't like to leave bad reviews, but good gravy this company is awful. I have been dealing with them for over a year and every. single. time. So I buy a place and was told the propane tank was included in the deal . I then received a bill from Ferrell that I owed them for tank rental ???? So I figured not a big deal I gotta have someone deliver it .all down hill from there . For one the amount they charged me for was always more then the amount actually delivered and not to mention at a price close to double of the compition . Very frustrating. They are never open when they say they're supposed to be open. They're closed Thursdays and Fridays. The person that works in the office is never in the office even though she says she is. She leaves signs up that say she's going to be back at a certain time and then never shows up. Extremely frustrating
We have had a great experience with this company so far, we were initially reluctant to try this company because of the reviews but we are so glad that we did. Steve, our initial contact for our setup, did a great job of communicating with us on the day of our tank setup making sure he understood what our needs were and setting up a convenient time for us.
