Love it
We recently established service with Ferrell Gas. The customer service rep who set up our account was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. They called me to schedule an installation date and it was much sooner than originally anticipated. Caleb, the installation rep, was super friendly, obviously knowledgeable, and got my tank set without any hiccups. Ongoing service is yet to be determined, but if the service I've received already is what I'm to expect, I am super impressed!
It was so good to look out and see the truck here filling it up, auto fill is great!
Service has always been good but with that being said - propane isn’t regulated so it’s like the Wild West with pricing. I mean, I understand supply and demand and everything but usually folks on propane don’t have access to natural gas. No real competition or regulation means gouging or other unscrupulous tactics can used on customers at will. Just saying.
I have been a customer for several years and delivery dates have always been within 10 days, but usually arrived in 5-7. For my last order, I had let my tank get lower than usual, but with typical delivery times there was no worries. However, my last order took two days short of THREE WEEKS to be delivered! Even after I called for an update and informed them I was almost out and it was my main heat source, which didn't matter to them, I still ended up receiving a message that my delivery date (day 14) had been rescheduled an... read more
