I was a little lax in keeping up with my tank level. I chose to report to Ferrell when I wanted the tank filled instead of auto fill. When the weather report turned bad, I finally checked my tank and found out I was low. I put in for a fill but didn't expect Ferrell Gas to respond quickly as I'm sure everyone else needed propane for the winter weather. To my surprise, Ferrell filled my tank within 2 days well before the bad weather hit.
Great to assist with a quick delivery after it was cancelled due to weather. Thanks for the great customer service.
Got my delivery within two days of order. Have had very few issues with Ferrell
First year for me I am 70 thought it would be a good idea to use gas instead of packing in wood . Will on Jan 11 it was one of out coldest day my gas ran out it took them a week before any one even pulled in my drive way than they pulled right back out said road was blocked . Will I am here to tell you I thought I was going to freeze to death . I bought a load of wood I will pack wood in till I die won’t go through this every again
