First year for me I am 70 thought it would be a good idea to use gas instead of packing in wood . Will on Jan 11 it was one of out coldest day my gas ran out it took them a week before any one even pulled in my drive way than they pulled right back out said road was blocked . Will I am here to tell you I thought I was going to freeze to death . I bought a load of wood I will pack wood in till I die won’t go through this every again

Ordered gas weeks ago. We are now completely out of gas and they refuse to help us. A utility company should be required by law to let their employees work overtime if there customers are freezing. Reading thru other customers reviews, I see customers get the same BS response that Ferrell gas cares and to email them. If they truly cared, they'd fix the problem.
