One word description of them: UNPROFESSIONAL. Their hiring manager Kimberly is the worst person for the job. I just got done with school and I don't know how many times we heard it, but YOU NEVER TEXT NEW HIRES to schedule an interview. The number on that resume is not for you to become social buddies through text messages. Their recruiter job description: "To get an immediate interview, text this number." Very unprofessional and uncomfortable.

I feel the same as Barbara. If I could give them a zero star, I would. Their customer service sucks. My hot water tank was not able to be lit. For that it took 3 weeks without hot water for someone to show up to check heater. He told me the heater was finished and left. I had someone else to come out and evaluate the situation. I decided to have a tankless, not propane installed. I was told to call Ferrel to send a tech to cap off gas. If I could give Ferrellgas a 0 star I would. I called and ordered propane on Tuesday and they told me it would be delivered by Thursday or Monday and I didn't received the delivery even after calling to check repeatedly. They are the biggest liars and can not be trusted, but they took my money and then tell me it will take a few days before I receive a refund. I will never order from them again!!!!! The corporate headquarters to this sucessful nationwide company is located in a beautiful spot. The grounds and buildings are well kept and lovely.
